Question:
Can I check my e-mail from another computer?
Answer:
Yes. You can check your e-mail at www.littleloon.ca by clicking on the webmail icon and entering your e-mail address and password.
Question:
My internet connection is not working. What do I do?
Answer:
- Check all connections to ensure everything is plugged in
- If everything is connected, cycle the power on the CPE for at least 10 seconds by unplugging it from the power source
- Reboot the computer
- If you have additional equipment attached to your computer, such as a gateway or router, that equipment may need to be cycled as well
- If the problem persists, please contact Technical Support.
Question:
What do I do if I can receive e-mail, but cannot send e-mail?
Answer:
When adding your e-mail account to your email client (eg, Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape) ensure that the "My server requires authentication"
box under the Outgoing Server section is checked off.
